Registrant Management

With the bidlogix system, any user wanting to place bids on an auction has to firstly register for the sale. Registration takes a few seconds and once complete the user is placed into a pending state.

Using the administration tools you can review the users' information along with the bid and invoice history before deciding to either request a deposit, approve or decline registration.

Red Flagging

Problem users can be red-flagged by system administrators. This helps warn all members of your team that there have been issues in the past that need to be reviewed before allowing the user to bid.

Suspend Registration

Once a user has been approved for an auction they can quickly be suspended by a system administrator. This pauses all of their current bidding abilities for that auction.
